Mila Kunis Bio

Mila Kunis was born Milena Kunis in Chernivtsi Ukraine on August 14 in 1982. Kunis moved to Los Angeles with her parents Elvira (her parents) and Mark (her older brother) at the age of seven. The Kunis family was unable to get into America, despite having a modest $250. Kunis' parents, both of whom gave up their professional careers to move to a better place for their children, were determined to provide an improved life for their children. Mark, a retired mechanical engineer was soon able to get work as a cab driver. Elvira who had studied Physics in Ukraine became a pharmacist. "I didn't understand the culture," Kunis has said when she first arrived to the United States. "I didn’t understand the people. I couldn't comprehend the language. My essay for college started with this line: "Imagine being blinded and deaf at the age of 7." And that's the experience I had when I moved to America. However, I came through it pretty fast." Milena Markovna Kunis was born on the 14th of August in 1983, to Mark Kunis and Elvira in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. An older brother is hers. Her mother is a teacher of physics and also runs a pharmacy. Her dad is a mechanical engineer but doubles up as a taxi driver. When she was 7 years old, old, her family moved to Los Angeles. Rosewood Elementary School was her first choice. When she was nine, she started acting lessons. She auditioned for commercials and then made her television debut in 1994 with her first appearance in Days of Our Lives. In 1998, she got her first big role as Jackie Burkhart, in the popular sitcom "That 70s show". After receiving rave reviews, she voiced the character of Meg Griffin, an animated sitcom.
