Emily Swallow

American actress Emily Swallow was born December 18th, 1979. Her performances on The Mentalist as Kim Fischer and Supernatural as Amara/The Darkness are her most popular. The actress is also famous for her role as The Armorer on the Star Wars live-action series The Mandalorian. Emily was also in the video game The Last of Us Part II. Swallow was born on 18 December, 1979, in Washington, D.C. Her family lived in Sterling, Virginia, as in Jacksonville, Florida. When she was at Stanton College Preparatory School in Jacksonville, she began acting in various college, amateur professional, and amateur theatre productions. Swallow received a BA in Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Virginia in 2001. She pursued the course to pursue an MFA in Acting in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in Acting. She appeared in two international premieres: Donald Margulies' play The Country House, Los Angeles' Geffen Playhouse; and Mark Rylance's play Nice Fish, at the Guthrie Theatre. (citation needed) She was the winner of the Falstaff Award in 2010 for the best female actress for the role in the role of Kate in The Taming of the Shrew. In 2012, Swallow and Jac Huberman created a stage production titled Jac N Swallow. It was presented at Joe's Pub as well as the Laurie Beeckman Theater in New York. The show revolves around the hilarious mishaps of the duo as they navigate very different life situations, each with their own unique degree of sanity and decency.
