Vincie was first drawn to stock car racing when she received a pit-lane pass. She later graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter at Langley Speedway. Her self-made videos of her blogs about NASCAR were published on stock car racing site SceneDaily. Vincie was born on December 10, 1987, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and was raised in Bridgewater before her family moved to Warrenton when Vincie had entered high school. Vincie is the granddaughter and daughter of John Vincie and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's mother, Eleanor N. Logan, was a fifth-grade teacher Her grandfather was a member of the faculty of Bridgewater College. She was interested in journalism since a young age. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School, in 2006. Vincie was a track and field athlete and was a manager for the school's wrestling team for four years. She won the 800m event in the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie was introduced to journalist Al Pearce who mentored her and also provided Vincie with lots of information. She received a bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University in 2010. Vincie worked as an intern in the athletics department of the university. She also was a part of Charlotte Motor Speedway's USAR Pro Cup Series. After securing a pitlane access to the NASCAR All-Star Race, Vincie wrote her senior thesis on the gender gap in auto racing. She names Krista Voda as well as Wendy Venturini as her inspirations.
